Job summary

Redwood Materials is seeking an FP&A Leader for Commercial to drive planning, analysis, and decision support across revenue and market expansion in the energy transition landscape. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that boost revenue, efficiency, and strategic growth.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, models, KPI development, and executive reporting while partnering with Commercial leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, contracts, and cost structures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience with commercial or revenue focus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, margin analysis, and commercial finance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for the Commercial organization.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities and pricing strategies.
  • Provide variance analysis and insights on commercial performance against plan.
  • Build and track KPIs and metrics to measure commercial effectiveness.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to support strategic decision-making and contract negotiations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform strategy.
  • Identify financial risks and develop scenario planning and controls.
