Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Commercial FP&A Analyst in Atlanta to support the sales forecast, TPM data integrity, ROI analysis, and distributor economics. You will partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and our distributor network and own day-to-day TPM data inputs.

Ideal for an early-career analyst, this role offers broad exposure to commercial finance in a fast-moving CPG business with a clear path to wider FP&A ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 0–2 years FP&A, accounting, commercial or sales finance, or data analysis experience; internships/co-ops count.
• Strong Excel skills: lookups, pivots, and building/auditing models.
• Solid grounding in financial statements and core finance concepts (margin, ROIC).
• Attention to detail and ability to reconcile large data sets.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own TPM data inputs, forecast inputs validation, and data integrity in Salesforce TPM.
• Drive monthly forecast cadence and reconcile TPM to financial forecast.
• Analyze ROI on promotions, displays, and trade programs.
• Manage distributor financials and local marketing fund reporting.
• Prepare recurring commercial reporting and support budget/LRP for commercial org.
