Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager in Oregon to build relationships, develop business, and oversee flooring projects from sale to completion on site.

Responsibilities include managing client relationships, preparing proposals, reviewing plans, coordinating with GC/contractors/installers, and ensuring on-time project delivery with a focus on repeat business and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial flooring sales and/or project management experience.

We are a family-owned and operated flooring company looking to add a Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager to our team. We're looking for someone who can build relationships, develop business, and manage commercial flooring projects from the initial sale through installation and completion.

We want you to join our team if you have:

• 2+ years of commercial flooring sales and/or project management experience
• Currently working with a commercial flooring contractor or similar commercial construction company
• Experience working with GCs, contractors, architects, or commercial clients
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and installation
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing business
