Job summary

gpac in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Commercial Flooring Sales / Project Manager to build relationships, pursue new business, and guide flooring projects from sale through installation.

You will read blueprints, collaborate with GCs, contractors, architects, and vendors, manage schedules and materials, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while developing repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial flooring sales and/or project management experience.
• Currently working with a commercial flooring contractor or similar commercial construction company.
• Experience working with GCs, contractors, architects, or commercial clients.
• Strong understanding of commercial flooring products and installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated and comfortable developing business.
