Job summary

Engineered Floors LLC in Chicago is seeking a sales professional to drive revenue for the J+J Flooring Group branded commercial flooring line within the Chicago territory. Primary contacts include interior designers, architects, flooring contractors, dealers, and corporate clients in health care, education, government, and religious sectors.

Identify opportunities through new construction and refurbishments, manage bids, and maintain specifications to secure projects.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of outside sales experience in commercial interior or flooring preferred.
• Experience with interior design/architectural communities within the geography is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities through new construction and refurbishments.
• Maintain bids and specifications to secure projects in process.
• Develop relationships with architects, designers, and contractors to drive sales.
• Travel within the Chicago metro area to meet clients and attend client entertainment events.
• Enter customer data into Quest-CRM and maintain up-to-date project information.
