GPAC is partnering with a growing commercial flooring contractor to hire a Field Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial flooring projects. The role emphasizes overseeing installations, coordinating crews and subs, and ensuring project schedules and high quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of commercial flooring experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, dependable mindset ready to own field work in a fast-paced environment.

I'm working with an established and growing commercial flooring contractor looking to add an experienced Field Superintendent to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows commercial flooring, can lead crews, and takes pride in keeping projects organized, on schedule, and done right.
