GPAC is partnering with a growing commercial flooring contractor to hire a Field Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial flooring projects. The role emphasizes overseeing installations, coordinating crews and subs, and ensuring project schedules and high quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years of commercial flooring experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, dependable mindset ready to own field work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of commercial flooring experience.
• Experience overseeing flooring installations and field operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, dependable, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial flooring projects from the field.
• Coordinate installers, crews, subcontractors, and jobsite activities.
• Keep projects on schedule and maintain high quality standards.
• Communicate closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain jobsite safety and company standards.
