Position Overview

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Seattle, WA is seeking a Commercial Fire Door Inspector to lead our Compliance Program, ensuring code-compliant solutions for our customers. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Pay Range

Starting at $30/hr, based on experience.

A Typical Day May Include

• Completing inspection forms and determining pass/fail based on codes and standards.
• Submitting reports, attaching QR codes, taking photos, and uploading data daily.
• Making adjustments or installing products to ensure compliance.
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness at job sites.
• Completing and submitting job tickets and timesheets accurately.
• Performing physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Travel as required and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computer, phone, and other devices.
• Experience with commercial building codes is a plus.
• Experience with commercial doors and hardware is a plus but not required.
