Community Sports Partners seeks a strategic Head of Finance to lead financial activities across a growing multi-entity platform in the US and Canada. The role partners with the CEO to drive growth, profitability, and scalable operations.

The position requires strong GAAP expertise, advanced financial modeling, and hands-on treasury experience. This senior leader will shape FP&A, accounting, and investor relations while guiding a high-performance finance team.

Qualificações

• 5-10+ years in senior finance leadership roles with expanding scope.
• Experience in multi-location or multi-entity environments (sports, hospitality, retail a plus).
• Proven ability to partner with CEO/executive teams on growth and strategic initiatives.
• Track record in M&A, capital projects, and financing activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across entities.
• Develop integrated financial models, dashboards, and KPIs linked to operations.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and financing relationships.
• Drive profitability, cost management, and margin improvements across locations.
• Serve as financial advisor to executives and external partners.
