Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager/Partner to join the Enterprise Finance Partner Team in a high-profile role supporting the North America commercial team and the wider new business/sales organization.

You will translate finance insights into actionable business guidance, influence key regional decisions, and lead the monthly/quarterly planning and forecasting with KPI development and executive commentary.

Qualifications

Qualified accountant with 7+ years in a commercial finance function.
Experience leading a small team and developing future leaders.
Strong financial modelling and ability to evaluate financial impact of decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with commitment to deadlines and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance Partner to North America region and wider sales organization.
Own the commercial finance forecast/analytics for the North America business.
Provide critique and challenge plans on Market Expansion, RFPs, and strategic directions of tier one accounts.
Lead strategic and financial planning processes – Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, Budget, Forecasts.
Develop and monitor KPIs and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
Mentor 2–3 finance partners/analysts and become a trusted partner to the business.
