Job summary

Cacique Foods LLC is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager in Irving, TX to partner with Sales leadership and drive profitable growth through financial insights, pricing strategy, and trade investment optimization.

You will forecast revenue, trade spend, and margin across retail and foodservice, while delivering actionable insights and executive-level reporting to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Finance, or Revenue Growth Management experience.
• Strong expertise in customer profitability, pricing strategy, trade spend management, and sales forecasting.
• Experience partnering directly with Sales and Commercial teams to influence business decisions.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with D365, Power BI, TPM systems, or other BI and reporting tools preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable insights on customer profitability, pricing strategies, product mix, and promotional effectiveness.
• Optimize trade investment decisions by analyzing ROI and identifying opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Support customer negotiations with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability recommendations.
• Deliver business performance reporting and executive-level insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management teams to achieve business objectives.
