The firm handles a broad range of sophisticated transactions for REITs, lenders, developers, and institutional clients. The role involves drafting and negotiating documents, managing due diligence, overseeing closings, and coordinating with clients and attorneys across national platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.

Our client, an AM200 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Phoenix office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate attorney to join a sophisticated, collaborative practice handling a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.

The group represents a diverse client base that includes REITs, institutional investors and lenders, private equity investors, real estate developers, health systems, renewable energy companies, franchise businesses, and emerging companies. The Phoenix team is part of a larger national real estate practice, providing exposure to sophisticated transactions across markets and asset classes.
