Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial finance and lending transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• Utah bar license strongly preferred, with consideration for out-of-state bar admittees who will sit for Utah.

Responsibilities

• Experience handling due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing of sophisticated lending transactions including real estate, commercial, securities, or asset-backed loans.
• Broader transactional and bankruptcy experience is a plus.
