Quarles is seeking a real estate finance associate to join our Real Estate group in the Phoenix office. Quarles has built a strong, Chambers‑ranked real estate practice group in Phoenix of more than 30 attorneys and professionals who are part of a larger integrated national group of attorneys and professionals across the country. We represent institutional lenders and investors, sophisticated REITs, private equity investors of all stripes, developers across asset classes, start‑ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, franchise companies, and more.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating loan documents
• Handling due diligence (title, survey, and related real estate materials)
• Assisting with development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and workout matters
• Closing real estate finance transactions

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience working on sophisticated real estate and/or commercial lending transactions (both lender‑side and borrower‑side experience preferred)
• Qualified applicants should submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript
