Job summary

The Judge Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Finance Analyst in the Commercial Finance department. You will partner with the VP of Finance to deliver strategic financial analyses, pricing strategy, and profitability insights to support executive decisions.

You will analyze margin performance across channels, build forecasts, and evaluate trade spend. This high-visibility role requires strong communication with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years in commercial finance, sales finance, revenue management or FP&A with exposure to senior leadership.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle and Salesforce.
• Experience building executive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Executive Decision Support: create strategic financial analyses and board-ready presentations for VP of Finance.
• Customer & Channel Profitability: analyze gross-to-net revenue, product mix, and margins across accounts.
• Pricing & Deal Governance: evaluate contracts, enterprise bids, discounts; model impact on margins.
• Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting: build rolling forecasts and trade spend assumptions for budgets.
• Trade Spend & Promotional ROI: assess ROI, rebates, and allowances to optimize spend.
• Commercial Variance Analysis: track weekly/monthly sales drivers and report to executives.
