Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or supply chain management.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or cost accounting with exposure to procurement/sourcing.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (modeling, scenario analysis, Power Query).
• Experience with ERP procurement modules (SAP MM/Ariba, Oracle SCM, Coupa) and BI tools for spend visualization.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Spend & Cost Analysis: classify direct, indirect, and capital expenditures; perform TCO and make-vs-buy evaluations.
• Savings Validation & Tracking: quantify and validate cost savings against baselines and budgets.
• Supplier Contract & Negotiation Support: build financial models and cost curves for vendor negotiations.
• Budgeting & Commodity Forecasting: forecast material and freight price changes; contribute to budgets and forecasts.
• Vendor Risk & Financial Health: assess solvency, liquidity, and credit of suppliers to mitigate risks.
• Month-End Close & Variance Analysis: track PPV, inflation impact, and reconcile procurement metrics with GL.
