Job summary

RAW Nutrition is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to support both finance and commercial teams, delivering core reporting and daily finance management. You will help scale the business while meeting bottom-line commitments.

The role involves weekly/monthly reporting, trade promotions analysis, data consolidation, and forecasting support, requiring 3+ years in finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite/Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in CPG, food & beverage, retail, or consumer brands.
• Commercial finance background with ability to drive decisions using data.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling expertise; experience with ERP/BI tools (NetSuite, Power BI, Confido, etc.).
• Proven ability to work across functions as well as up and down the organization.
• Good business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
• Analytical with good strategic thinking; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
• Strong initiative, ownership mentality, and sense of urgency.
• Collaborative, low-ego style with a business-partner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Core Weekly and Monthly Reporting: maintain weekly sales file and own core report building (weekly sales, mix, month end P&Ls).
• Month End close support and revenue recognition validation.
• Convert channel P&Ls monthly into customer P&Ls and assist in rolling monthly forecasting & budget building.
• Trade Promotions Management: analyze promotions, ROI on brand investments, and scenario modeling for launches/pricing/negotiations.
• Data Management and Development: consolidate Shopify/WM/NetSuite data and validate Power BI against financial reporting.
