Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance, consulting, banking, or related analytical roles; recent MBA graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in a CPG, retail, food & beverage, distribution, or consumer-focused business is preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI, D365, SAP, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Understanding of customer profitability, trade spend, pricing, revenue growth management, or demand planning concepts is preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Support pricing, promotion, and assortment decisions through financial analysis and insights.
• Analyze customer, product, and channel profitability to drive strategic recommendations.
• Assist business leaders in evaluating risks, opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Monitor actual results versus budget and forecast, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning.
• Analyze promotional effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of customer programs.
• Support trade spend tracking, forecasting, and accrual processes.
• Evaluate pricing actions, mix impacts, and margin opportunities across customers and channels.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyze revenue, volume, gross margin, and operating expense trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to finance and business leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, forecasting accuracy, and decision-support capabilities.
• Support development of dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and commercial functions.

The Finance Analyst will serve as a key business partner supporting commercial and operational decision-making across the organization.
