Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Rep in Miami, FL to promote Orkin Commercial pest control solutions. You will understand products, meet with diverse clients, inspect properties, and recommend tailored pest control programs to protect businesses.

You will build trusted relationships, achieve sales goals, and use provided iPad and sales software to finalize agreements. A strong service mindset and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required; sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of customer properties and prepare sales agreements
