Qualifications

• Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in exterior construction project management, preferably commercial.
• Strong knowledge of exterior construction methods and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Oversee exterior construction activities from site prep to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely execution.
• Manage resources and ensure adherence to plans and Highmark quality standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets and monitor expenditures.
