Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manager, Commercial Experience and Marketing Communications to drive the Bussmann division's marketing strategy and demand generation. The role partners with product management to launch initiatives and coordinates digital marketing, collateral, and events.

The candidate will lead a team, manage cross-functional initiatives, and oversee the Experience Center while aligning global campaigns with local market needs in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of marketing, commercial marketing, or marketing communications experience.
• At least 2 years directing cross-functional work with shared decision rights.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy for Bussmann, including target audiences and messaging.
• Lead launch programs and drive adoption with Product Management.
• Lead digital marketing, marketing communications, and Experience Center initiatives.
• Manage customer experiences, site experiences, and executive support coordination.
• Oversee budget, governance, and alignment of campaigns with regional teams.
