Job summary

Bourns, Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Marketing Engineer to support global marketing initiatives within the Protection Division. You will develop compelling technical marketing content, promote product capabilities, and execute strategies to strengthen brand awareness and growth.

The role collaborates with Engineering, Product Management, MARCOM, and distributors to communicate capabilities across industries and drive campaigns across EVs, AI, renewables, and energy storage.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in marketing, preferably within the electronics industry.
• Experience in related industries (automotive, renewable energy) considered.
• Ability to translate technical product features into customer-centric messages.
• Experience developing marketing collateral, coordinating campaigns, and supporting product promotion.
• Understanding of data-driven marketing strategies for product adoption and growth.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, social media management, and digital content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance technical marketing collateral: datasheets, content, videos.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and MARCOM to ensure accurate messaging.
• Translate complex technical information into customer-focused value propositions.
• Create content highlighting manufacturing, engineering and prototyping capabilities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new products and market segments.
