JOB TITLE: Executive Team Lead

JOB TYPE: FLSA Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and manage a staff including Sr. Account Executives, Account Executives, and Account Managers responsible for Insurance Programs for assigned clients. This role involves managing a specific book of business and is matrixed to Producers, with the primary goal of maximizing Producer revenue by handling non-sales duties.

Customer Satisfaction and Client Retention

  • Manage client calendar/timeline milestones and communication to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead meetings to assess and improve customer satisfaction, taking on client-facing duties as needed.
  • Maintain positive client relationships, analyze situations, and lead teams to follow-through on decisions.
  • Provide guidance to clients, building trust and demonstrating consultative skills.
  • Monitor service quality and resolve escalated issues with carriers, vendors, and team members.

Client Consultations/Recommendations

  • Advise clients on risk management strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of carrier and vendor products to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Leverage MMA services and resources effectively for clients.
  • Deliver financial and risk management reports and recommendations.
  • Master CCIP capabilities and services.

Renewal / Account Rounding Process

  • Present and review performance reports and renewal strategies.
  • Coordinate renewal negotiations and manage ongoing relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for additional products/services and revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management

Develop and expand relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.

Revenue Generation

Monitor account revenue and collaborate with Producers on revenue strategies.

Marketing/Sales Activities

Represent MMA at industry events and conferences.

Internal Contributions and Functions

  • Lead and set strategy for the account team.
  • Provide onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with Directors to ensure proper workflows and procedures.
  • Serve as internal subject matter expert.

Ensure service milestones, maintain records, and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Position available on an as-needed basis.
  • Licensed: Texas P&C Agent.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including specific roles and designations preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet technology.
