JOB TITLE: Executive Team Lead

JOB TYPE: FLSA Exempt

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee and manage a staff including Sr. Account Executives, Account Executives, and Account Managers responsible for Insurance Programs for assigned clients. Manage a specific book of business and support Producers to maximize revenue by relieving non-sales duties.
2. Customer Satisfaction and Client Retention: Oversee client milestones, lead meetings, maintain positive relationships, analyze situations, and ensure quality service delivery.
3. Client Consultations/Recommendations: Advise clients on risk management plans, recommend carrier/vendor products, and present financial reports.
4. Renewal / Account Rounding Process: Manage renewal strategies, negotiate with carriers/TPAs/vendors, and identify opportunities for additional services.
5. Client Relationship Management: Build and expand relationships with key decision makers, often at the C-suite level.
6. Revenue Generation: Monitor and manage revenue levels, negotiate fees, and develop strategies with Producers.
7. Marketing/Sales Activities: Represent MMA at industry events and conferences.
8. Internal Contributions: Lead account teams, set strategies, provide training, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Position is available on an as-needed basis.
• Licensed: Texas P&C Agent.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience: 15+ years in account management or senior consulting roles, with specific experience in commercial insurance preferred.
• Certifications: CIC & CRM or CPCU preferred.
• Skills: Strong organization, communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
