The position is remote for US-based candidates (no visa sponsorship) with a compensation range of $100,000–$120,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in medical-device sales, clinical sales, or sales training.
• 2+ years designing or managing commercial training programs.
• Experience in regulated healthcare or medical-device environments.
• Strong instructional-design skills and understanding of adult-learning principles.
• Proven ability to facilitate impactful training sessions for commercial professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

This role will shape commercial learning strategy and capability development across a field-facing organization. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical training programs that strengthen sales execution, CRM adoption, and role readiness. The position will also support onboarding, ongoing skill building, and measurable performance improvement in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
