Job summary

Highridge Medical in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Commercial Excellence Coordinator to partner with the US Commercial Excellence Lead and support independent agents across the region. This role focuses on ensuring inventory is available to fulfill cases and generate revenue while avoiding direct customer-facing tasks.

You will coordinate with supply chain, distribution, planning, and other teams, monitor inventory levels, process orders, track shipments, and provide updates.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the US Commercial Excellence Lead to support independent agents across the region in maintaining the inventory levels needed to successfully fulfill cases and generate revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively work to resolve, and supply updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, distribution, planning, etc.) to ensure timely and complete delivery of products to independent agents.
• Support order processing, shipment tracking, and resolution of inventory-related issues to enable agents to operate efficiently.
• Assist Commercial Excellence Lead with order-related requests, including order entry, corrections, and expedites, while ensuring compliance with company processes.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to optimize inventory availability and support overall commercial excellence initiatives.
• Weekend and on call coverage
