Job summary

W3Global is seeking a Commercial Escrow Officer in Houston, TX to manage escrow for commercial real estate transactions, ensuring all conditions are met and closings run smoothly.

You will coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders; review and prepare legal documents; maintain accurate records of transactions and funds; and distribute funds as dictated by the escrow agreement, while delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Escrow Officer in commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal documents and settlement processes.
• Experience with commercial title and escrow management is a plus.
• Certification or licensing as an Escrow Officer is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the escrow process for commercial real estate transactions
