Job Summary

Provides escrow services for commercial transactions. Responsible for facilitating real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish new commercial escrow accounts and process escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Act as a neutral third‑party between buyers and sellers during a real estate sale, managing funds and processing real estate transactions.
• Understand how your team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives.
• Impact the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team through your work.
• Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others.
• Work under limited supervision and use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
• Act as an individual contributor and resource for less experienced team members; does not have supervisory responsibilities.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Education

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Experience

• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.

Pay Range & Benefits

$66,124.95 – $110,208.25 annually. The base salary range is a guide and actual offers will be based on knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
