Job summary

Qualifications

• Reception and/or customer service training helpful
• Good knowledge of the latest version of MS Office
• Ability to word process and work with spreadsheets
• Ability to use proprietary company applications as assigned
• Ability to communicate well with clients, customers, associates, managers, visitors, and vendors
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Commercial Escrow, or Paralegal in Real Estate
• SoftPro experience

Responsibilities

• Review commitments
• Order estoppels and payoffs
• Clear title requirements
• Prepare CD settlement statements
• Process cash, loan, refinance, and other transactions independently from contract execution to closing
• Identify and resolve potential closing issues timely and professionally
• Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and participate in marketing to attract and retain clients
• Answer incoming telephone calls using courteous, cheerful, and professional telephone etiquette
• Prepare bank deposits and customer invoices as requested
• Perform assigned clerical duties
• Monitor and distribute office deliveries
• Monitor office supplies and prepare office supply orders
• Administer and maintain printers and copiers
• Manage mailing, postage, and distribution of US Mail, UPS, FedEx, and courier mail
