Job summary

Lennar's Irving division seeks an energetic Commercial Escrow Closing Assistant to deliver exceptional service in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, payoffs, and clearing title requirements. You will support closing processes from contract through settlement and help market Lennar's services to attract and retain clients.

Qualifications

• Reception and/or customer service training helpful.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to word/process, spreadsheets.
• Ability to communicate well with clients, customers, associates, managers, visitors and vendors.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Commercial Escrow, or Paralegal in Real Estate.
• SoftPro experience.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions from contract execution to closing.
• Spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally.
• Communicate well, verbally and in writing.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in closing software.
• Answer incoming calls with courteous, cheerful etiquette.
• Utilize knowledge of office procedures and company terminology.
• Prepare Bank Deposits and Customer Invoices as requested.
• Perform assigned clerical duties and monitor office supplies.
• Oversee mailing, postage, and distribution of mail and couriers.
