Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant in Waukesha, WI to support the closing of commercial real estate transactions. You will coordinate, review PSAs, open new orders, prepare escrow files, and communicate with lenders, attorneys, brokers, buyers and sellers to ensure accurate closing documentation.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial title, escrow, lending, banking, or commercial real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with PSAs and closing documentation.
• Experience with order entry and transaction coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and processing of commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing.
• Review commercial purchase and sale agreements (PSAs) and other transaction documents.
• Open new orders and accurately enter transaction information into internal systems.
• Prepare and organize escrow files and closing documentation.
• Communicate with lenders, attorneys, brokers, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Obtain and review required documents to ensure complete and accurate files.
• Support escrow officers with administrative and transactional tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.
