Role Responsibilities

Manage daily needs of insured clients and oversee client renewal processes. Delegate tasks to assistant account managers and maintain accurate policy data in our agency management system (EPIC).

Qualifications

At least 3 years of insurance account management experience with a broker; experience with EPIC is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
