Account Manager II - Fall Protection (Finance)

As an Account Manager II at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to meet customer needs and exceed expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall success. You will report directly to the Zone Manager and work remotely covering ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT, Eastern NY, and Greater NY Metro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary contact for customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with teams to deliver solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct Fall Protection Training using Miller Road Show truck trailer.
  • Travel up to 80% as required.

Salary Range:

The annual base salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 in California, New York (excluding major metro areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii. For Washington and major metro areas in NY & CA, the range is $70,000 to $90,000. Salary offers depend on various factors including experience, education, skills, and market conditions.

This role is eligible for an incentive plan.

Note: Honeywell plans to sell its PPE business to PIP, a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners, expected to close in the first half of 2025. This position, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this transaction upon closing.
