Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client needs, oversee client renewals, delegate tasks to assistant account managers, and maintain accurate policy information in our agency management system (EPIC).

Qualifications

At least 3 years of insurance account management experience with a broker; experience with EPIC is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage: $30.00 - $33.00, based on experience and location. Benefits include 401k matching, paid parental leave, medical/dental/vision coverage, wellness programs, paid leave, and more.
