Job Details

We’re Salesforce, the Customer Company, inspiring the future of business with AI+ Data +CRM. We help companies across industries connect with customers in innovative ways and empower employees through our AI-driven Employee Service platform. As an Account Executive, you will sell solutions like the Employee Portal, HR Service Console, and Prebuilt Integrations to improve employee engagement and HR processes.

Your Role

You will demonstrate the value of Salesforce’s Employee Service suite, guide customers, participate in meetings, and lead sales discussions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, and ensuring customer satisfaction, especially with early adopters.

Your Qualifications
  • 6+ years of quota-carrying software or tech sales experience
  • Experience in HR tech, employee experience, or SaaS preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Your Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships to create sales opportunities
  • Communicate Salesforce’s Employee Service value
  • Drive revenue growth and expand accounts
  • Develop sales campaigns and generate leads
