TLC Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Commercial Electrician Journeyman to deliver high-quality electrical service in the Commercial Service Department. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and safe workmanship on every project.

You will work to meet safety standards, retain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with dispatch and team members to keep scheduling commitments.

Qualifications

• Valid Electrical Journeyman License is required.
• EE98J License is required.
• 4+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and installations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems.
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding scope of work, timelines, and pricing.

• Maintain daily production, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

• Complete all service documentation, invoicing, and collections daily.

• Maintain organized tools, vehicles, and material stock.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services that benefit the customer.

Job Description

As a Commercial Electrician Journeyman in TLC's Commercial Service Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical service while building strong relationships with customers and team members.
