Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Electrician to support our electrical projects across California. The role requires flexibility for overnight shifts and travel assignments.

Schedule features a Sunday-Thursday night shift from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with duties including conduit installation, wiring, panels, and control systems. Candidate must have at least four years of electrical commercial construction experience and be able to commute to multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of electrical commercial construction experience.
• Willingness to travel to various jobsites throughout Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Install, route, and secure conduit and cabling (EMT, PVC, MC, flexible conduit, CAT5/6, RMC, Romex).
• Install wiring, raceways, junction boxes, and electrical components per specifications and codes.
• Pull, feed, and terminate conductors in panels, switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems.
• Build, install, and troubleshoot control panels and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues and malfunctions.
• Possibly perform refrigeration/HVAC motor control wiring (preferred).
• Assist with Ansul system installations (preferred).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings for accurate installs.
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades to stay on schedule.
• May perform other site duties as assigned.

Schedule

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with foremen and other trades to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• May perform other jobsite related duties assigned by the foreman

Requirements

• A minimum of four years of electrical commercial construction experience
• Ability to commute to various jobsites throughout Southern California
• Availability to work third shifts or overnight schedules as needed
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, walking, squatting, and ascending or descending stairs
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights (including lifts), and in inclement weather
