Job summary

Prime Partners is seeking a Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain commercial electrical systems for a range of clients. You will perform preventative maintenance, install lighting and EMS-related controls, and deliver safe, high-quality workmanship.

This role requires an electrical license or equivalent experience, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work after hours and travel as needed. Strong communication with dispatchers and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have journeyman electrician license or equivalent
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service orientation
• Willingness to work after hours and travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to install, service, and maintain electrical systems safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, remove, repair, and install emergency lighting fixtures and exit signs.
• Service and upgrade commercial lighting systems, including LED retrofits.
• Work with EMS and related electrical controls.
• Respond to emergency service calls, including evenings and weekends.
