Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Electrical Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and install commercial electrical equipment and provide emergency power hookups during outages.

Technicians start from their home base and travel directly to customer jobsites, performing service calls and documenting work orders. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electrical experience in commercial service or construction, can work safely under OSHA guidelines, and

Qualifications

• Five or more years of electrical experience in commercial electrical service or construction roles.
• Pre-employment drug test and motor vehicle background check required.
• Proficient English communication skills required to write reports and emails.
• Must work according to safety guidelines, OSHA, and workplace policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and install commercial electrical wiring, power, and conduit systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair emergency generators and power distribution systems.
• Work independently from blueprints, sketches, and schematic drawings.
• Provide informative customer service regarding electrical repairs.
• Operate company vehicles and document work orders as required.
• Submit service paperwork and reports as required by department policy
• Willingness to take on additional duties to support the department
