Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician License required.
Clean driving record.
Experience with lifts (scissor/boom/bucket) for installations.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with touchscreen electronics or willingness to learn.
Willingness to work after hours, on-call shifts, and overnight travel.
Prior experience in commercial/retail electrical service strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled service tasks and maintenance to ensure electrical systems operate safely.
Troubleshoot, remove, and install emergency light fixtures and exit signs.
Conduct routine maintenance and surveys on emergency lighting systems.
Service, troubleshoot, and upgrade lighting systems including cooler lighting and LED upgrades.
Work with Energy Management Systems (EMS).
Replace ballasts, lamps, and repair/replace fixtures as needed.
Install service 120/480V systems, panels, circuits, breakers, devices, and conduits.
Coordinate with dispatchers for real-time updates to customers.
