Job summary

Manatal is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Technician to perform service, troubleshooting, and installation work in commercial environments. The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license, independence, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Experience with scissor/boom/bucket lifts preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to after-hours, on-call shifts, and travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled service tasks and maintenance on electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and install emergency light fixtures and exit signs.
• Maintain and survey emergency lighting systems.
• Service and upgrade in-store and interior lighting, including LED upgrades.
• Coordinate EMS-related activities and communicate with dispatchers.
• Respond to emergency service calls day, night, or weekends.
• Identify chargeable upgrade opportunities and communicate them to the office.
• Submit service orders and timesheets daily via the online system.
• Assist in final job site walks and sign-offs with site management.
• Coordinate installations with contractors as needed.
