Job summary

JSX is seeking a Solutions Delivery Analyst to connect Commercial strategy with technology solutions across eCommerce and operations. You will translate business objectives into initiatives, gather requirements, and coordinate delivery with product, marketing, and tech teams.

You’ll help establish a scalable delivery framework, monitor outcomes, and drive measurable improvements in customer experience. Onsite in Dallas, four days/week in office post-conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, documenting, and refining business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and coordinate solution delivery with development teams.
• Experience supporting projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, analyze, and refine business and functional requirements to support new solutions and enhancements.
• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and workstreams for development and technology teams.
• Coordinate testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation and delivery artifacts.
