This role involves preparing detailed estimates for various drywall projects, collaborating with general contractors and internal teams, and managing multiple bid timelines. Candidates should have 3+ years of estimating experience, proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid software, and the ability to handle projects valued at over $1M. We’re working with a highly respected commercial drywall contractor that’s continuing to grow. They specialize in large-scale projects including healthcare, education, retail, and corporate interiors, and are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed estimates for drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and acoustical scopes
• Perform takeoffs and pricing using On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid
• Collaborate with GCs, project managers, and internal teams to develop competitive proposals
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and manage multiple bid timelines
