Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Lead Technician to perform off-site repair, modification, and installation of doors, frames, and commercial hardware on large projects. You will lead installation crews and ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.

Required: 5+ years in commercial doors and hardware, field leadership, proficiency with power tools, welding, carpentry, and ability to travel with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial door and hardware experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate large commercial door, frame, and hardware installation projects.
• Provide field leadership and technical guidance to installers and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of commercial doors, frames, hardware, installation methods, troubleshooting, and adjustments.
• Willingness and ability to travel for projects with overnight stays.
• Must pass background check and human performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform off-site repair, modification, and installation of doors, frames, and commercial hardware on large projects.
• Provide field direction to installation crews to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot complex field conditions and adhere to project timelines and standards.
