DH Pace Company, Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking Commercial Door Technicians and Installers for commercial doors and related products in Dallas and surrounding areas. Candidates with experience in commercial doors such as roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment, or similar trades in the commercial construction industry are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Install and repair various commercial doors and hardware, including dock doors, high-speed doors, and entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services to customers.
• Maintain and submit job-related paperwork promptly.
• Work safely at all times, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or with mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds safely.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
