Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking a seasoned Commercial Door & Hardware Installer for our Matrix (Drywall Division). You will install and manage commercial doors, door hardware, toilet partitions, and related interior trim across projects.

Travel to job sites as needed and lead a small crew when required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with commercial hardware systems, reads construction drawings, and can work independently or lead a crew.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing commercial door hardware.
• Ability to read construction drawings and hardware schedules.
• Willingness and ability to travel for project work.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a crew is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install hollow metal and wood doors and frames.
• Install door hardware and accessories.
• Perform interior finish work including wood trim and light mill work.
• Read blueprints, hardware schedules, and manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate work with field supervision, drywall crews, and other trades.
• Travel to multiple project locations as required.
• Maintain quality standards and safety on site.
