• Orders due diligence to support document preparation per approval and Credit Policy.
• Completes documentation package and delivers to Relationship Manager for execution.
• Interacts with lending staff, internal counsel and management to clarify missing or unclear information.
• Completes packages on standard document preparation requests and may train for higher complexity.
• Images document prep files for record-keeping.
• Adheres to risk and regulatory standards and escalates issues as needed.
• Promotes M&T Bank brand and culture.
• Maintains internal control standards and addresses audit points.
