Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three (3) years’ commercial loan closing experience.
• Experience in commercial loan documentation, operations, or administration.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Commercial loan closing execution and due diligence.
• Review and validate loan documentation to reflect credit approvals and terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure accurate funding and recording.
• Manage multiple closings with tight deadlines and maintain data integrity.
