Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; four-year college degree preferred.
• 3+ years of commercial loan closing, documentation, operations or administration experience; alternative of 7+ years combined education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Validate that loan closing documentation and pre-closing due diligence requirements are complete and aligned with credit terms/regulatory requirements.
• Review, interpret, and validate loan documentation to reflect guidance and outside counsel standards.
• Complete the Commercial Closing Checklist with accurate data for review and clear-to-close readiness.
• Coordinate with Bank counsel and internal teams to ensure documentation, funding, and compliance are executed per policy.
• Manage multiple closings with deadlines while maintaining data quality and risk controls.
