Job summary

Northfield Savings Bank is seeking a Commercial Digital Banking Specialist to help commercial customers navigate the Bank’s digital banking and cash management solutions. You will support Commercial Online Banking, RDC, ACH and wire origination, and provide proactive setup and ongoing service.

You will collaborate across Cash Management and Direct Banking, assist with product implementations, testing, documentation, and process improvements to strengthen operations and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Three to five years of experience in banking.
• Working knowledge of cash management products, services, and customer needs.
• Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience working with Jack Henry core banking software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for commercial customers, providing responsive support for Commercial Online Banking, user administration, and Cash Management products and services.
• Assist customers with account access, product enrollment, service setup and maintenance, troubleshooting, and digital banking solutions, while identifying opportunities for additional Cash Management services.
• Support key commercial banking solutions, including ACH and Wire origination, Positive Pay, and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), while maintaining accurate documentation and customer records.
• Contribute to new product and technology implementations, system testing, process improvements, reporting, and departmental projects that enhance efficiency and the customer experience.

Commercial Digital Banking Specialist

Northfield Savings Bank is seeking a Commercial Digital Banking Specialist to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping commercial customers confidently navigate the Bank’s digital banking and cash management solutions. Using advanced knowledge of Commercial Online Banking, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH and wire origination, and user administration, this position provides responsive support, troubleshooting, setup, and ongoing service. The Specialist also collaborates across Cash Management and Direct Banking, supports new products and technology, and contributes to projects and process improvements that strengthen both operations and the customer experience.

Compensation

Base compensation range at hire (dependent on experience): $27.50-31.00 per hour
